Sen. Smalley is here

After a long, and largely pointless, legal battle by Norm Coleman a milestone in the march towards idiocracy has been reached. We have a "comedian" whose highlight in life is playing an effeminate talk show host and writing books with such brilliant titles as "Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot." Naturally his opponent was not much better, as Coleman's claim to fame has been marry an actress nobody has ever heard of and defeat one of the worst performing presidential candidates years after his prime. After spending millions of dollars in campaign contributions to try to overturn the election, the national GOP looks even more inept that was previously thought possible. It is no wonder sane people do not run for politics when you think about the system in place.

Mr. Economist,

You really need to start an economics forum called Law and Economics vs. Morality and Economics

Why?
Well, just read...
Care to enlighten us, your readers on this mess?!? And what dost thou think and recommend our politicians/civil servants do?

US, Swiss ask for delay in UBS secrecy case

I'm gonna rant a bit here...

It makes me sick to hear from the very mouths of my generation "...I don't plan to be an executive anymore because our gov't. has taken upon themselves to cap or put a limit to my earning capacity or or my capacity to acquire wealth through merit or reward my skills!..."

Well- then, buddy show me how are you gonna police your insatiable greed?!

Or how about this --- "... you can NOT LEGISLATE the Christian virtue of Charity towards your neighbor through taxes --- then, buddy show me how?!?

Another thing that aggravates me is the tax-deductible charitable donations...--- cut the crap! How is it considered CHARITY when you wanted a portion of it back!!! GET REAL! LoL!

So, Mr. Economist--we can't just be printing money -- ad infinitum or can we?!?

Are we in for the beginning of your famous prediction of the cycle "LATHER, RINSE, and REPEAT..." May God have mercy on us all!

I have nothing against the Swiss people -- but for crying out loud... what's up with Switzerland's neutrality nonsense... - cut that CRAP! It only fosters APATHY and INDIFFERENCE -- deadly to the soul!

Btw, it's not only Switzerland there are other countries (even third world countries) who hide assets which are untouchable...assets earned honestly but its beneficiaries have cleverly devised a way not to pay taxes or dubious entities whose monies were earned immorally and illegally... - See, The internationalist and trans-nationalists have foreseen such a loophole and have taken advantage of the situation to further feed insatiable greed!

And may I request that you do a sort of an op-ed type of essay (when or if you have the time) on
The Influence of Marxism on Communism and Capitalism!

If you can't it's okay... but that's what it boils down to -- the essence of Marxism when fully applied (PURELY PRAGMATIC sense)--
of course, communism as a form of an economic system it failed... and now, capitalism -- seemed to have mutated to global capitalism...

Don't get me wrong -I am all for a healthy form of competition, and we need labor and capital to make business thrive --- but whose gonna rein in and be the TOP WATCH DOG for INSATIABLE GREED!

Kajing! Hence, the need for you to CREATE a formula wherein a UNIVERSAL set of MORALITY be incorporated with all those cleverly formulated theorems in ECONOMICS!
